Field Representatives:

Manages all project documentation, conducts inspections, conducts communication between Sergeants and our Clients. Must be able to climb ladders and inspect a roof. 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in commission-based sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individuals that can work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of roofing and siding products and services is a plus

Area Canvassers:

Engage with homeowners, educating them about our services we offer

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage and creates a positive first impression
• Ability to grow our customer base by telling our story
• Prior canvassing experience is a plus
